This Privacy Notice explains how NORMPATENT (“the Company”), acting as data controller, processes your personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and in line with applicable data protection principles.

2. Personal Data We Process

- Contact: e-mail address, phone number, address.
- Customer/Transaction: content of requests, applications and messages, subject of service.
- Security/Log Data: IP address, browser and device information, visit/session records, cookie data, referrer.

- Receiving, evaluating and fulfilling your service requests and applications,
- Communicating with you and responding to your inquiries,

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing and the statutory retention periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
